Our initiative seeks the recovery and safeguarding of temple lands and properties (more than 300 acres) for future generations. Learn about the ongoing efforts to recover, preserve, and safeguard its endowed properties.

 To protect the extensive lands and properties endowed to Kancheepuram's sacred Ekambareswarar Temple, a focused initiative was launched to address severe concerns regarding encroachments, undervalued leases, and lost revenue. Dedicated to restoring accountability and safeguarding these endowments for their intended religious and charitable purposes, our efforts successfully secured an Executive Order detailing all temple properties.

We are currently analyzing revenue records to determine the exact status of each land parcel and initiate targeted retrieval measures to recover, secure, and protect these valuable temple assets.
