A detailed Public Interest Litigation is underway before the Hon’ble Madras High Court seeking judicial intervention on serious findings arising from the statutory audit of Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Temple, Triplicane.

Relying on professional expertise in finance and accounting, SDAG filed a petition on 25.5.26 signed by 18 of its members of professional integrity on matters of critical deficiencies: accounting non-reconciliation, lease mismanagement, rent arrears, land encroachments, illegal patta transfers, and unexecuted court decrees.

In the petition we sought time-bound court-monitored supervision, property restoration, recovery of financial dues, and disciplinary action against responsible officials. This initiative aims to uphold statutory compliance under the HR&CE framework, safeguard sacred endowments, and restore administrative accountability and public trust.
